About the Artist:
Wim Kosch is a professional South African artist. Born in Germany, he has lived in South Africa for over 60 years. On his website the artist informs us that Cyril Ramphosa is a regular client and owns over 15 of his paintings!
For 5 years I studied Art at school and also had one year of Private Tuition. However am mainly self-taught. Sold my first painting at the age of 12. At 16 with the help with my father, we had my first open air Exhibition.
I then met Debbie my wife of 39 years and together we decided to fulfill my dream of being a full-time Artist. Debbie is my biggest supporter. We travel throughout Southern Africa as we both love Wildlife and support Conservation.
Having auctioned many of my Paintings to help endangered Species, like the Black Eagles at Walter Sisulu National Botanical Gardens as well as other causes. Over the years, have supplied many Galleries in SA and abroad however at this time you can only find my work online. I currently specialize in oils which is my love.
In the Corporate Setting, my Paintings are hanging in Boardrooms,Embassies and International Hotels Worldwide and Financial Institutions. My Paintings can also be found in Private Collections like France,Germany,Italy, The Netherlands,Spain, Russia,Iran, Japan, Australia, New Zealand,U.S.A. and the United Kingdom.
