About the Artist:
De Wet Matthee (born 1979) is a South African Postwar and Contemporary painter from Bethal, Mpumalanga, known for his oil paintings, including landscapes and figures. Trained under Mike Parsons and influenced by Adrian Boshoff, his works have been featured in numerous auctions since 2009.
